SAN ANDREAS has returned to form of late in Ireland and remains very well treated on his old efforts. All of his best form has come on the polytrack over middle distances so he should appreciate this drop back in distance and can get the better of Hitched who could get the pace burn up he desires here. The C&D was unsuited by the steady pace last time but this track should suit better and he is now just 1lb above his last winning mark. So is Cristo who has a useful claimer up and will appreciate the step back up in trip. He can compete for a place with the steadily progressive Towerlands who was a bit too keen last time. |

Won this last year; scored by 3/4l off a 1lb lower mark at Wolverhampton in January; effective 8-10f, acts on a sound surface; capable off this mark but needs strong pace to aim at. |
